Welcome all to the first Arctic Combat tournament powered by the Cyber Sports Network. This event will be played during the closed beta period on the dates of June 22-23rd. We wish all teams joining up good fortunes for the closed beta tournament and future events!

To Create and Register a Team:
1. At the 'Home' Page in upper right, choose 'Register Team'
2. Choose 'Create New Team" - Team Captains are asked to create the teams
3. Fill out required information. Teams are strongly encouraged to include a professional looking graphic as their team logo for use during casting/streaming.
4. Create a Team Password and give it out to only players on your team!
5. Have your teammates 'Join Existing Team', using the password that you supplied them to join.
6. Go to Event Page and if your team has the required roster size, you will be able to JOIN EVENT.
NOTE: All players on the roster MUST have their Arctic Combat Usernames on their profile for the team to be eligible to sign up.
Players may be added to rosters up until the start of round1.

Voice communication software (Ventrilo, Skype, Mumble, RaidCall, TeamSpeak) is allowed.
Matches will be played in the Global Server Group in CHANNEL04.
It is up to the hosting team (The team listed first.) to provide a password and room with the correct settings.
Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated at any point during the event, especially with the in-game chat.
Take screenshots of any violations and report them to an admin immediately.
At the end of the match players must take a screenshot of the results and upload them if necessary.
Teams must report the match results accurately via the website.

where is check in at because says Check inFri 6/22/12 7:16pm EDT - 7:55pm and i live in California at should be at 3:07 now
I can't really understand whether you mean where is it at on here when it is time to check in or what time is it now?
EDT time right now is actually 6:15PM. Check in will probably be somewhere on the event or team page.
Do we get 100k points,even after Arctic combat beta ends?.Because aren't we getting reset,when beta phase ends?.
