BO3 round 3 and on - Pick Pick Toss Toss "better seed picks first"

Players must Check In on #CSN on irc.gamesurge.net "not checking in could result in disqualification"
Demos and Screenshots are required and you must report the result of your match on the CSN Website
Although we will not keep anyone from joining we encourage players who already have pro accounts not to play.
This tournament is open to anyone but all matches MUST be played on NA servers.
Top 3 from each of these will receive PRO KEYS.
