ShootMania will be entering the beta stage between now and when the tournament starts, so all players should sign up at http://www.shootmania.com/ before July 2nd to make sure you get a beta key. For more information regarding the beta, click here. Teams that do not have an alpha key will be able to get one on July 2nd from signing up at the above link and use that to play in the tournament.

The Tt eSPORTS Shootmania Elite Tournament will be held on July 15th in a double elimination bracket.
PLAYERS MUST BE FROM NORTH AMERICA. This is a North American event only.
Tournament Format:
32 teams, double elimination.
Check-in is on July 15th from 12:00-12:45 PM EDT.
Matches start on July 15th at 1PM EDT

To Create and Register a Team:
1. At the 'Home' Page in upper right, choose 'Register Team'
2. Choose 'Create New Team" - Team Captains are asked to create the teams
3. Fill out required information. Teams are strongly encouraged to include a professional looking graphic as their team logo for use during casting/streaming.
4. Create a Team Password and give it out to only players on your team!
5. Have your teammates 'Join Existing Team', using the password that you supplied them to join.
6. Go to Event Page and if your team has the required roster size, you will be able to JOIN EVENT.
NOTE: All players on the roster MUST have their ShootMania username on their profile for the team to be eligible to play.

Game Mode:
Elite
Each team must have only 3 players in game
Team in the upper-half of the matchup will attack 1st
Each map will be first to 6 points with a difference of at least 2 points between teams, or a maximum of 9 points if the difference of two points is not reached.
(The Grand finals will be first to 6 points with a difference of at least 2 points between teams. There will be no maximum point limit and all maps must be decided with a difference of at least 2 points.)

General Information:
First 5 complete teams to sign up will receive ShootMania Storm alpha keys.
Teams must check-in at the check-in time or they will not be on the bracket.
Only players from North America are allowed to compete in this tournament.
No-Shows
Teams have up to 15 minutes after the scheduled match time to show up for their match. After this point has been reached, teams may either play shorthanded or forfeit the first map. If the match still has not started, maps will continue to be forfeited every 5 minutes after the no-show.
Map Selection
The maps selection process will vary depending on the map pool and number of maps to be played for each match.
Map Selection for Best of Three Matches
The first map is pre-set for each round. The loser of the first map will pick the second map. If neccesary, the winner of the first map will pick the third map.
Map Selection for Best of Five Matches
The first map is pre-set for each round. The loser of the first map will pick the second map. The winner of the first map will pick the third map. If a fourth map is neccesary, the loser of the third map will pick the fourth map. If a fifth map is neccesary, the remaining map in the map pool will be played as the fifth map.
Replays/Screenshots
Replays must be recorded. Screenshots must be taken at the end of each map showing the final scoreboard . If a team is unable to provide replays and/or screenshots when requested then that team may face disciplinary action as decided by a CSN Event Administrator.
Tournament and Match Schedules
All match times are subject to change. Matches may be delayed for administrative purposes. Teams may also be asked to have their match start times delayed to allow access to the game by Casters for streaming purposes. If your team is expected to be scheduled to be cast during the event, you will be notified and asked to not start the game until the casters are present and invited to the game. If your game has been scheduled to be casted and you start the game before casters are present then your team may face disciplinary actions as decided by a CSN Event Administrator.
Observers
Aside from players, tournament admins, and commentators, no other people will be allowed in game during a match.
Aliases and Player Accounts
All players are responsible for and expected to use their own ShootMania accounts. Players are forbidden from using an account that does not belong to them. In the event that a player is found to be using an account that does not belong to them, the offending player will be removed from the event. The offending player’s team may also face disciplinary action up to and including disqualification from the event. If a player’s account is banned by Nadeo during a CSN event then that player will no longer be eligible to play in the CSN event unless he/she has that ban removed by Nadeo. All aliasing rule violations will be handled by a CSN Event Administrator on an individual case by case basis.
All player must provide their ShootMania name in their CSN profiles on the CSN website.
Substitutions
Teams may substitute players during rounds where there is more than one game, I.E. Best of 3 series or Best of 5 series. The substitution must occur after the first game has concluded and before the start of the next game. Only players on the active roster for the event are eligible for substitution. If a player was not on your roster before the event started then they are not eligible to play.
Player Conduct
All teams and players are prohibited from using the chat console during the game to excessively harass or abuse the opposing team. Harassment includes but is not limited to racism, excessive taunting, and spamming. CSN recognizes that some taunting and competitive banter is part of competition; however, excessive abuse will result in disciplinary action from CSN Event Administrators.
Fair Play Rule
Participants are expected to play at their full capacity at all times. Deliberately losing will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused players who actually bought the game. We want to run the best possible tournament for you that we can. As such, moving the event is the best course of action. We not only had to consider making sure players and teams were capable of participating, but due to the change in the beta of Shootmania, we had to make sure admins, casters, server providers, etc all had the needed access to the event to make sure it ran well. The largest issue was with regards to servers. I was told by the developer that the server provider needed to have a purchased license to be able to host the servers and not simply the beta key we originally provided. This caused an unforeseen delay. We were approached with being provided servers by participants in the tournament, and we appreciate the offer, however, we had no methods of quality control to ensure servers were set properly, specs werent allowed, etc. We also attempted to reach out to other server providers on short notice and none were able to accommodate the last minute request.
We will absolutely be hosting this event in the near future and we are also in the process of planning additional Shootmania events to take place shortly after this inaugural one.
