I'm a really big fan of DarkForce in ZvZ, Stephano in ZvT and BadBadMan in ZvP. As for casters, I like Day9 for education, but I prefer Khaldor for shoutcasting :)
DarkForce is wacky, and insane. Enough said.
Stephano just makes lings. Oh, Terran has banshees? Make more lings.
BadBadMan is less of a technical player, and is just really good at making what units he has work for him, even if they're all dying to a deathball.
Khaldor is just the man... when he gets excited, I get excited :)
My favorite four Terran players (I'm sorry, it's a close tie!) are QxC, MMA, GuMiHo and Goody. QxC - Foreign hope, IM all-kill <3. MMA- super solid play, seems to understand his race better than most players of any race. GuMiHo is just a mad man when it comes to doing about 50 things at once. And Goody... well, I love mass SCV/Mules + Marine+Tank+Medivac. No one is better at being super-standard while being extra economical.
