What the Ruleset should look like

I want a successful league in this game, so hopefully you'll use a rule set that makes sense. As it stands the current posted rule set for the upcoming tournament is a copy and paste of Starladder. It's a good start, but they are running on a completely different version of PB than us. There are guns listed that don't even exist in our version of the game, and there are guns missing due to the simple fact that they don't exist in their version of the game. Good thing I'm here, the following is a combination of the Starladder and PBIC rule sets, with the mass amounts of random troll guns that our version has added. This is the closest our current version can possibly get to a competitive and REASONABLE rule set.
