Hi Rez mentioned today that you guys will be hosting a smite tournament. How will that go? Do we sign up somewhere on this site or do we sign up at quake?

Do you know how exactly it'll work? Since it has no spectator mode or custom games ATM.
And do you know which days during quake it'll be happening?

Hi-Rez will be providing support in that regard, but currently we don't have any information to release.
