I did not receive an activation email so I can’t login. What do I do now?
You can either email us at [email protected] , contact us through our IRC channel, #CSN @gamesurge.net, or our support ventrilo, csn.nationvoice.com : 1337. A CSN staff member should be able to help you out, but make sure to include the username and email address you used to register. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to receive an email so wait at least 24 hours before trying again or contact CSN. Be sure to check your spam/junk box. If it still won't work, you might want to try another email address, preferable from another provider. It's highly recommended to use a real mail provider instead of free web based services like hotmail and yahoo.
Hotmail is by far the most annoying email provider since they classify almost all Cyber-Sports Network mails as spam or junk. Follow these instructions to disable the 'protection': Go to: 'Options' > 'Allowed and blocked senders' > 'Allowed senders' > type in "cyber-sports.net" > click "add to list".
