You can email us at [email protected], contact us through our CSN Scout™ client, and email a staff member on our Staff page. A CSN staff member should be able to help you out, but make sure to include the username and email address you used to register. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to receive an email so please wait at least 24 hour before trying again or contacting a CSN staff member. Be sure to check your spam/junk box. If it still doesn’t work you might want to try another email address, preferable from another provider.
Hotmail classifies almost all Cyber-Sports Network mails as spam or junk. Follow these instructions to disable the 'protection':
Go to: 'Options' > 'Allowed and blocked senders' > 'Allowed senders' > type in "cyber-sports.net" > click "add to list".
